About
I am a lifelong resident of the Greater Spokane area, having lived in Spokane Valley, Newman Lake, Otis Orchards, and Cheney. I attended SCC, WSU and earned my B.S. from EWU. In 2004, after having sold three of my personal residences in six years, I decided to get my real estate license. As a realtor for 19 years, I have experienced all market type: sellers’ markets, buyers’ market, as well as the 2008 downturn and aftermath of short sales and foreclosures. I have moved a total of 15 times, so I know how stressful and overwhelming it can be. It can also be an exciting new change in life. I have been fortunate to meet some great people, almost all of which have been referral based, from someone I know or a previous client. I work with a small number of clients, so I am able to give them the attention the process requires. I also believe in work life balance. I am married with two sons, two daughter-in-laws, one grandson, and two dogs. I enjoy being outdoors-running, hiking, camping, fly fishing, and working our bird dogs.
